Liberty Global Leadership Summit.
LONDON.
Invyte managed a two-day corporate leaders’ event for Liberty Global in London. The 400 senior leaders enjoyed an incredible event experience, including an acoustic performance from Sting and The Gypsy Queens hosted at Kensington Palace. Followed by a high-end conference with Jon Batiste as the star of the show.
The Invyte team managed the venue relationship with The Londoner Hotel, the first buy-out in London for this hotel. All 350 bedrooms, plus unique spaces created to give the guests a wonderful experience to network, collaborate and share content. Guests also enjoyed entertainment, exceptional food and drink experiences and well-being workshops.
Invyte managed the event end-to-end, including logistics, transport, venue relationships, production, catering partners and talent liaison. It was an incredible event and a great example how Invyte can multi-task and co-ordinate with the client to achieve an unforgettable experience for every guest.
Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace. LONDON.
Invyte partnered with the Keam George Agency (KGA) to support the London launch of Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace, the legendary NYC roller rink.
Over two nights we managed a guest list of over 2,000 people for the VIP launch, welcoming big name stars including Usher, Mary J Blige, Dr Dre and Jimmy Iovine.
Invyte managed the door, checking in guests quickly and efficiently using our market leading guest list system. Our team of concierge hosts managed the VIPs and Lizard Lounge guests.
Usher made a show-stopping entrance on his light-up roller boots and London’s movers and skaters came out in force to celebrate the opening of this iconic NYC skate institution.
Spotify Beach.
CANNES.
This invite-only event is a firm favourite with the Invyte team. Cannes Lions is the world’s biggest festival of creativity, welcoming a global audience from over 100 countries.
Working with the world’s biggest streaming service, for two years running, we managed over 10,000 VIP guests at Spotify Beach for the week-long event.
With a team of 12 key staff and brand ambassadors Invyte checked in guests keeping the queue to a minimum, managed a high profile concert for 3,000 invited VIP guests, kept guests informed, liaised with on the ground security teams and managed all Front of House meetings and events at Spotify Beach.
Senior Leaders Retreat.
FLORIDA.
Invyte supported a prestigious Senior Leaders Retreat, a three day event with a global guest list of high profile leaders.
The team devised and managed the pre-event communications strategy and built a custom event Hub that allowed us to create digital invitations, a registration website and guest communications portal. With the personalised data gathered via the portal we were able to create a personalised itinerary for each of the 125 VIP guests.
Invyte also provided onsite support at the event and managed all mobile tech via the Hub, providing guests with on the spot updates and agenda prompts.
Fast Forward Graduation.
LONDON.
Invyte was tasked with end-to-end event management for this two day event at a top London hotel, hosted for 100 delegates.
We put our venue finding service to excellent use, sourcing the best location in London for the client, researched and contracted outside suppliers, negotiated accommodation and event contracts, F&B, entertainment, invites and event logistics.
This six-figure event was a huge success and Invyte is already in the process of planning the client’s next graduation.
Virgin Media, Craig David Gig.
SOUTHAMPTON.
When Craig David returned to his hometown of Southampton for an intimate gig at St Mary’s FC, Invyte was chosen as the guest registration and ticketing partner.
Virgin Media held a gig for 2,500 competition winners to launch its new broadband service, and Invyte managed over 5,000 competition entries and arranged all pre-event communications and ticketing. Selected guests were schmoozed VIP style, then chaperoned to see Craig DJ.
Invyte managed registration, accreditation and queries, as well as security enquiries on the night.
LinkedIn Talent On Tour.
LONDON.
Talent Connect on Tour was a one-day, invite-only gathering of HR professionals from the UK and across Europe - a stellar line-up of thought leaders and speakers who led the conversation on the power of data-driven talent strategies, the future of learning, best practices in successful leadership and hiring and building a great company culture.
Invyte managed the entire guest journey, including badge printing, onsite lead scanning, all registration and check-in, managed a team of 23 brand ambassadors, all guest hosting and provided full client reporting post-event.
Havas Global Leadership.
LONDON.
Invyte was hired by Cake Group to manage guest registration and event logistics for the Havas Global Leadership Meeting.
Delegates travelled from over 40 countries for this high profile three-day event, held at London’s IMAX cinema, Sushi Samba and Cirque Le Soir.
Invyte was responsible for managing 500 guests per day, guest logistics, transportation across the city, sourcing accommodation and accreditation across all venues and ensuring delegate requirements were managed every step of the way.
Google Play Aftershow.
LONDON.
Working with production agency ITCH and Google Play Music, Invyte was hired to help manage guest accreditation for over 350 guests at the Google Play Music BRITS after show party, held at London’s Mondrian Hotel Rumpus Room.
Guests were accredited quickly and efficiently by our on-site team and real time guest data was gathered via our responsive booking system so the client knew exactly how many guests were at the party at any point. Guests were entertained by the legend that is Grandmaster Flash, who played an incredible tribute to the late, great, David Bowie.
FreeWheel, Cannes Lions.
FRANCE.
Invyte partnered with production agency Lively to deliver top class guest management throughout this week-long event. Invyte used its bespoke event software to build the guest list, send invites and manage the door to guarantee the guest journey was memorable for all the right reasons.
Invyte was chosen to manage all Front of House meetings and events on FreeWheel Beach plus the guest list and door for the show-stopping Black Eyed Peas gig that closed the week of festivities on Cannes’ iconic beach. Our team of 12 staff and brand ambassadors managed the list of over 3,000 guests for the final gig, moving guests safely and quickly into the concert and keeping everyone safe and informed. Alongside queue management, Invyte dealt with all guest enquiries throughout the week and liaised with on the ground security teams to ensure guests were well looked after and enjoyed a party to remember.
Commonwealth Games.
GLASGOW.
The Commonwealth Games 2014 was the biggest sporting event in Scotland’s history. Working for Virgin Media, Invyte managed the complete guest experience end to end. The team was also onsite for the duration of the Games, managing and accrediting over 200 VIP hospitality guests per day.
Using Invyte’s bespoke software, our developers created a website for 15,000 Virgin Media staff members to purchase tickets to the Games. Stakeholders were also able to order a range of VIP hospitality packages via the website, all created by Invyte. We purchased and distributed over 7,000 tickets – none went missing and every guest received the correct tickets.
Our team created individual itineraries for every guest and kept them informed about hotel bookings, transportation and sporting events. We managed six-figure budgets, acquired the best hotel rooms in Glasgow for 200 VIP guests per day and booked luxury coaches, VIP drivers and limobikes to transport guests to Games venues across Glasgow.
Polkadot, WEF.
DAVOS.
Every year world leaders and decision makers arrive in Davos for the WEF’s annual conference. Invyte was chosen to work with crypto company Polkadot on its guest management and registration system for attendees at the WEF. Invyte’s developers created a fully branded bespoke event registration system for Polkadot, enabling guests to be checked in quickly and efficiently throughout the event and providing the client with real-time updates of guest numbers at any time of the day or night.
During the week-long event, Polkadot took over a local shop in Davos and installed its own store and guest experience area. Throughout the week it ran a series of presentations with guest speakers, produced podcasts in a bespoke studio and held a Polkadot party on the final night of the conference, with door management run by Invyte’s expert team. Guest management was a crucial part of this brief as the seminars were so popular, many of them were over booked so we had to run a very tight ship.
Oxford Leadership Offsite.
VAIL, COLORADO.
When Oxford Leadership approached us to help them organise an offsite event in Vail, Colorado, we put our extensive venue finding experience into practice and pulled out all the stops in a very short timeframe. From finding the hotel with the best bedrooms and meeting spaces and researching and booking the best restaurants in Vail, to organising unique team building activities and arranging transportation for the group, we worked hard to ensure the small group of 20 top tier leaders had an offsite meeting to remember.
Invyte prides itself on building close relationships with suppliers across the globe and negotiating the best rates, so you know you’re in safe hands with us. We always go over and above to find the best hotels, restaurants, meeting rooms and venues that fit the client’s brief. Vail was a perfect example of this and all the leaders commented on how successful the event was.
Louder Lounge, V Festival.
CHELMSFORD.
Invyte was lucky enough to partner with Virgin Media for 11 years, managing the Louder Lounge at V Festival. Tasked with managing the entire Box Office for this exclusive VIP area at the festival, our event staff accredited over 1,500 Louder Lounge guests over the weekend.
Pre-event, Invyte was in charge of managing, designing and sending all Louder Lounge guest invites, building a bespoke guest registration website to the client’s design brief, managing internal V Festival ticket sales, scheduling and planning all guest email campaigns and taking care of guest inquiries.
Whilst on-site Invyte also managed guest transportation, dealt with ticketing issues, worked with the on-site glamping teams to deliver guests to their accommodation, golf buggied guests around the site, took care of guest relations, acted as a guest concierge, liaised with Virgin Media’s PR agency to manage celebrity guests and went above and beyond the brief to ensure every single part of the event ran without a hitch.
Festival No 6.
WALES.
When festival producers Broadwick Live approached us and asked us to be part of this exclusive event in North Wales of course we said yes. The brief? To look after 100 VIP guests who had taken over a private field for a 40th birthday party to remember. And what a party it was.
Our team of nine staff were on-site for five days to take care of every single guest requirement at The Cove. That meant meeting and greeting guests, managing a luxury car company and drivers to make sure all VIP guests got on- and off-site quickly, organising private helicopter landings and take offs, accrediting guests and issuing festival wristbands, working with the festival manager to ensure any issues were dealt with effectively, using golf buggies to transport guests around the site, manning the guest concierge desk and telephone 24/7, arranging disabled access to the festival and working with the accommodation team on-site.
Everything went smoothly from beginning to end and we were blown away by the positive feedback we received from the guests and client.
Liberty Global Tech Summit.
AMSTERDAM.
Liberty Global’s Tech Summit is the perfect example of how Invyte can partner with clients to deliver end to end event management. Our team of industry leading account managers spent over eight months working alongside the Liberty Global Internal Communications and Events teams to project manage and deliver this incredible event in Amsterdam.
We put our venue finding expertise to good use and secured the best hotels, as well as preferential rates from external suppliers, meeting venues, restaurants and five-star guest experiences. Using our bespoke event management software we checked in 1,700 delegates over three days, with guests treated to industry-leading speakers, hands-on product demos, thought-provoking talks and immersive breakout sessions.
We pride ourselves on working collaboratively with clients to deliver the best guest experiences, outstanding client management and memorable events using our years of knowledge and expertise.
WGSN Global Fashion Awards.
LONDON.
The highly acclaimed WGSN Global Fashion Awards was one invite we weren’t going to turn down. We had numerous roles on this project. Firstly, we designed and built a competition website enabling the award nominations and judging scores to take place. We had over 1,000 entries to the Awards and these were finally whittled down to a guest list of 500 lucky people.
We also worked with the WGSN team to ensure that invitations to the Awards were fully branded and the RSVP registration site we built was simple yet effective in its functionality. The RSVPs came in thick and fast and daily reports on guest numbers were sent to the client.
The Awards night itself was a huge success. Our 10-strong team of guest management experts manned the door and checked guests in quickly and effectively on iPads using Invyte’s bespoke booking software, giving the client real-time reporting on attendees and no shows.
Technology Senior Leaders Conference.
SAN FRANSISCO.
Invyte was tasked with full event management, venue finding and sourcing activities at the five-day Technology Senior Leaders event in San Francisco, USA. Alongside guest management for the entire event Invyte created bespoke, fully branded itineraries that included transfers, leisure activities, accommodation and client meetings.
Held across two venues, the first event was hosted at Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay where guests held meetings, had dinner and enjoyed activities including morning hikes and wine tastings. For the second part of the event the group moved to Rosewood in Palo Alto for tech visits to local companies including Google, Nvidia and Symphony AI and enjoyed a bespoke dining experience.
The highlight of the week for our guests was when we chartered a boat and took them on a whale watching expedition – one for the memory box.
